  To purchase golf related prize packages to be given away in goodie bags that will have your business card or a sticker with your contact info attached.

  Minimum 144 Goodie Bag Items to be delivered to the CCBA by February 17, 2025. Please identify items to be donated in the notes section of your registration form.
• Hole in One Sponsor – $1,500.00
  Includes all benefits of Eagle Sponsorship along with Hole in One Sponsorship designation $10,000 cash (or sponsors choice of equivalent prize)
• Hole Sponsor – $100.00
  Your sign (up to 18x24) if you provide or one that we have made, placed on golf course during outing.
• Hospitality Cart or Tent Sponsor – $300.00
  Includes choice of roaming cart or tent at hole w/paper signage, tickets, basic beverages and outing food provided. Additional items, provided by sponsor, are welcomed and encouraged, pending committee approval. Tent sponsor must provide own tent.
• Masters Sponsor – $3,000.00
  First come, first served! Includes recognition of Business Name/Logo in all advertising and promotion pertaining to the 2025 JBM Golf Outing with first right of refusal for the following year's event. Offered as an exclusive opportunity for $3,000.00.
